I imagined a conversation like this, between two Japanese Disney employees. Japanese dialog followed by English translation.

K: 佐藤さん、おはようございます。
(Good morning, Mr. Sato.)

S: 倉骨さん、おはようございます。
(Good morning, Mr. Kurahone.)

K: ディズニー社内では名前ではなく苗字で呼び合えるので安心です。
(You can rest assured that you can call each other by your last name instead of your first name at Disney.)

S: はい、私がアメリカに旅行するときでさえ、人々は私を佐藤さんと呼んでいます。国家安全保障上の理由から、誰も私のファーストネームを知ってはいけないことを知っているからです。
(Yes, even when I travel to America, people call me Sato-san. Because I know no one should know my first name for national security reasons.)
